This is a new role to join a technology focused MNC that focuses on team culture, work/life balance and career growth.
This role will report to the Head of Legal and focus on technology around products and services across the APAC region.
Job Description
- Working closely with product and sales teams to ensure regulatory awareness and adoption go hand in hand with commercial wins.
- You will work closely with key commercial teams (products, sales), supporting on various projects with creative design and structured commercial agreements.
- Working with key clients, you will also support complex commercial transactions with contractual advice and regulatory guidance.
- Another key element will be the adoption of new technologies across the business, touching on fast growing areas such as AI and Blockchain. This element of the role will give you excellent exposure across key stakeholders in Asia and around the world.
Requirements
- 8 - 12 PQE
- Tier 1 education and law firm experience
- Open to candidates direct from law firms, In-House exposure would be preferred
- Technology experience can be across any of the following: Blockchain, AI, Payments, Regulated Industry / technology linked products
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills are a must
