We represent a global professional services company seeking a Senior Counsel to lead legal matters across Southeast Asia. This is a critical individual contributor in a fast-paced, growing business, offering significant responsibilities and frequent interaction with regional leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise client teams on negotiation of engagement letters, client agreements, and supplier contracts across multiple jurisdictions.
• Partner with business leaders on risk management, conflicts of interest, and policy issues.
• Support corporate structuring, M&A transactions, and expansion into new markets.
• Oversee compliance, regulatory, employment, and partner-related legal matters.
• Manage litigation, document requests, and relationships with external counsel.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, and Operations teams to ensure alignment with business needs.
