A unique role to work for an expanding US headquartered business that requires expansion support across Asia an the Middle-East.
Focus of Work
- Commercial: 50%
- Compliance: 30%
- Business Expansion: 20%
Role
- This role will support the expansion of key product lines across multiple countries in the Middle-East and APAC regions. This will offer incredible exposure to key stakeholders, both internally and externally (govt, bodies etc.)
- The work will combine commercial contract support, negotiations on key partnerships with a balance of local regulatory requirements.
- The role will also focus on various compliance initiatives that form part of a global CofE, with areas such as trade, bribery, sanctions, privacy all key areas to be trained and implemented where possible
Requirements
- 6 - 12 PQE (Guideline)
- Education to a high level with ideally overseas establishments
- Law firm and In-House experience essential
- Regional expertise essential
- Coverage across commercial, governance, regulation and compliance
- Ability to handle stakeholders regionally and overseas (UK/US)
