This 1-year contract role presents an opportunity to manage financial visibility and support strategic commercial decisions across major project life cycles.
Drive financial alignment by preparing estimates, budget allocations, and long-term cost models.
Monitor project exposure by controlling variation requests and evaluating potential commercial risks.
Audit monthly vendor claims and produce comprehensive financial progress assessments.
Partner with cross-functional stakeholders including client teams, project leads, and external partners.
Oversee final account reconciliations and execute structured project completion procedures.

Proven track record in cost control, quantity surveying, or commercial management.
Solid experience handling change management, financial reporting, and risk mitigation.
Demonstrated capability to build strong relationships across multi-disciplinary teams.
Strong analytical mindset with rigorous attention to commercial documentation.
Academic background in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related discipline.
Desired Skills and Experience
The candidate will assist with cost planning, estimating, change management, invoice review, cost reporting, risk management, and project close-out. This role will work closely with clients, project managers, design teams, contractors, and other project stakeholders to help maintain cost visibility and support informed commercial decisions throughout the project lifecycle.
