Senior Cost Manager - Data Centre - Singapore

Falcon have partnered with an impressive international project management consultancy who are actively seeking a Senior Cost Manager for a new hyperscale development in Singapore. This company, who predominately act as the Owners Representative, have a very healthy pipeline across US, EMEA and Australian markets and are quickly making a name for themselves.

The ideal candidate must have data centre experience working for a general contractor, owner/operator or a consultancy and confident taking the commercial lead on a $500m+ project.

It is exciting time to join this company, with flat structures in place there is immense opportunity for growth. This coupled with the already secured pipeline for 2026/2027 makes it a serious opportunity for a career driven Cost Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Act as commercial lead on behalf of the client
• Full responsibility for general contractor and subcontractor accounts
• Foresight on any potential issues or risks
• Turnover and cash flow forecasting
• Ensure project is delivered commercially in line with client expecatations
• Chair meetings with client representatives and contractors

Requirements:

• Relevant 3rd level commercial qualifications
• 5+ years in a Senior or lead role
• Data centre contractor or consultancy experience essential
• Career driven and hardworking mentality
• Independent
