Senior Corporate Secretarial
Job Responsibilities:
. Manage a portfolio of corporate secretarial matters for both local and international clients.
. Ensure timely compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements under the Companies Act and ACRA guidelines.
. Draft and review board resolutions, minutes, annual returns, and other corporate documentation.
. Maintain and update statutory registers and records.
. Liaise with clients, regulatory bodies, and other stakeholders on corporate secretarial and governance matters.
. Support corporate governance advisory work, including listed company compliance and best-practice recommendations.
Requirements:
. ICSA qualified, or university/polytechnic graduates currently pursuing the ICSA qualification.
. Minimum 4 years of relevant corporate secretarial experience, preferably with exposure to listed company compliance.
. Strong understanding of Singapore corporate regulations and governance frameworks.
. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal with a professional client-facing approach.
. Meticulous, self-motivated, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
