This opportunity is with a leading multinational bank seeking a Senior Corporate Lawyer to support its legal team on a contract basis.

You will play a key role advising on corporate governance, directors responsibilities, and deal structuring, working closely with senior stakeholders across the organisation. This role is ideal for an experienced corporate lawyer who is confident operating at a senior level and enjoys providing practical, business-focused advice in a regulated environment.

How will you make an impact

Your responsibilities will include:

• Corporate Governance Advisory. Guide governance frameworks, directors duties, and corporate decision-making processes.
• Deal Structuring Support. Advise on corporate structures and strategic transactions, helping the business navigate complex deal considerations.
• Senior Stakeholder Engagement. Work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams, leading discussions and providing clear, practical legal advice.
• Strategic Corporate Support. Support broader corporate and legal initiatives within a regulated banking environment.
• Independent Workstream Management. Operate autonomously and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, stakeholder-heavy environment.

Minimum Qualifications

• Qualified lawyer with 8+ years PQE in corporate law (private practice and/or in-house).
• Strong experience advising on corporate governance and directors responsibilities.
• Experience supporting corporate transactions and deal structuring.
• Proven ability to manage senior stakeholders and operate independently.
• Commercially minded, pragmatic, and solutions-oriented approach.
