Based on the success of Cosmetic Physician Partners in the US and Europe with 60+ clinics, we bring together some of the most respected operators in the industry. We partner with world-renowned clinic founders and industry experts to help them grow their practices, enhance client experiences, and stay at the forefront of innovation. Along with our physician partners and shareholders, we are committed to a long-term vision that focuses on better partnerships, better support, and a culture that lasts.

Role Overview

As we scale, we are looking for a strategic and hands-on General Counsel (GC) to join our executive team. This leader will design and own our legal and compliance infrastructure, build a high-performing legal function, and serve as a trusted advisor to the CEO and Board on all legal, regulatory, and strategic matters.

Key Responsibilities

1. M&A & Corporate Transactions

  • Lead the legal structuring, due diligence, and execution of clinic acquisitions, joint ventures, and partnerships across multiple Asian markets
  • Draft, review, and help negotiate term sheets, share purchase agreements (SPAs), employment contracts, and commercial leases
  • Manage external counsel across multiple countries to ensure cost-effective, high-quality legal support

2. Healthcare Compliance & Risk Management

  • Ensure all clinic operations and acquisitions comply strictly with local healthcare regulations, medical board guidelines, and privacy laws in various APAC jurisdictions
  • Consult on the development of internal compliance programs, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and training for clinical and corporate staff
  • Review marketing and advertising compliance within the highly regulated medical aesthetics space

3. Corporate Governance

  • Partner with the CEO on overall growth strategy and capital raising initiatives from a legal and risk-mitigation perspective
  • Serve as the primary legal advisor to the Board of Directors, ensuring high-quality communication of legal risks and opportunities
  • Oversee corporate secretarial duties, entity formations, equity incentive plans and intellectual property (IP) protection across the group

Essential Experience Requirements:

  • Qualified to practice law in Singapore, with admission to the Singapore Bar, and a minimum of 8 years of Post-Qualified Experience (PQE).
  • Experience as a General Counsel or senior legal executive in a high-growth organization, including strong leadership skills to build and scale a robust legal and compliance function
  • Demonstrated success in leading and executing M&A transactions, corporate restructurings, and/or acquisitions, preferably across multiple jurisdictions
  • Excellent communication skills with a proven ability to synthesize complex legal and regulatory risks into clear, actionable advice for Board, management and non-legal executive stakeholders.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, combining strategic thinking with hands-on execution

Desirable Experience Requirements:

  • Based in Singapore, with the ability to travel across Asia when needed. International experience and comfort operating across multiple jurisdictions
  • Expertise in healthcare regulatory and compliance matters, including medical guidelines and privacy laws (e.g., PDPA)
  • Interest or experience with leveraging AI-driven tools or platforms to improve function velocity and efficiency
