Support the General Counsel in overseeing corporate governance and regulatory compliance across a publicly listed, multi-jurisdictional group.
Act as a key adviser to senior management and support Board and Committee processes, including preparation of governance materials, minutes, and resolutions.
Assist in the preparation and review of public disclosures, regulatory filings, and shareholder communications, with responsibility for drafting and coordination.
Provide legal support on corporate transactions, financings, and strategic projects, managing internal and external stakeholders as appropriate.
Contribute to the development and maintenance of Group legal and compliance frameworks, including subsidiary governance, internal policies, and legal documentation systems.
Requirements
Candidate must posses a Degree or equivalent certification.
Candidate must be qualified to practice law in Singapore, England and Wales, or Australia.
Candidate must have a minimum of 5 years related working experience.
