About the Role:
Our client, a well-established bank with a strong regional and international presence, is seeking a Corporate Banking Relationship Manager to join their corporate banking team. This role focuses on managing and deepening client relationships, identifying business opportunities, and ensuring credit activities align with internal risk frameworks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow a portfolio of corporate clients, identifying new business and cross-sell opportunities
- Prepare concise credit proposals and renewals, highlighting key risks and mitigants
- Perform KYC and periodic reviews to meet compliance and regulatory requirements
- Monitor credit exposure and proactively manage accounts showing early warning signals
- Collaborate closely with internal teams and overseas branches to support cross-border business
- Conduct regular client meetings and maintain up-to-date call reports
- Support general department functions and ad hoc tasks assigned by management
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate banking relationship management
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work across departments
- Proficient in both English and Mandarin to engage effectively with Chinese-speaking stakeholders
- Self-driven, results-oriented, and a strong team player
