Senior Relationship Manager, Corporate Banking
We are looking for 4 Senior Relationship Managers for Large Corporate Banking. The positions will be responsible for acquiring, managing, and growing a portfolio of Large Corporate clients by delivering tailored financial solutions, ensuring sound credit quality, and meeting revenue and portfolio growth targets.
Job Description:
- Manage and deepen relationships with existing large corporate clients as the primary point of contact.
- Identify and convert new business opportunities across lending, trade finance, treasury, and cash management.
- Prepare credit proposals, conduct financial analysis, and monitor portfolio risks.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to deliver seamless client service.
- Proficient in financial analysis, credit structuring, and risk assessment.
- Monitors early warning signals and maintains high portfolio quality.
- Aligns client strategies with the bank's financial and risk objectives.
- Works effectively with Credit, Operations, Treasury, and Legal teams.
- Ensures timely execution of transactions and consistently high service delivery.
- Delivers clear presentations and proposals.
- Negotiates terms and structures that meet client needs and protect the bank's interests.
- Liaise with Credit Administration and other departments as appropriate, for credit facilities and securities documentation to be completed expeditiously.
- Perform customer KYC and due diligence checks for new customers and periodic KYC review of all accounts.
- Perform back up officer duties within the team and Credit & Marketing Department.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
- 5-10 years of experience in corporate banking and relationship management
- Strong financial analysis, credit structuring, and risk assessment skills.
- Proven track record in client acquisition, portfolio growth, and cross-selling.
- Solid understanding of corporate banking products: lending, trade finance, treasury, and cash management.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, work under pressure, and meet revenue/portfolio targets.
- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks, compliance requirements, and KYC/AML standards.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and client-service orientation.
