Role Purpose

The Senior Associate will play a pivotal role in executing complex financial transactions. You will act as the lead engine behind financial modeling, due diligence, and deal structuring, providing C-suite executives with the data-driven insights needed for successful mergers, acquisitions, and capital raises.

Key Responsibilities

• Transaction Execution: Support the end-to-end execution of M&A buy-side and sell-side mandates, including market research, teaser preparation, and managing data rooms.

• Financial Modeling & Valuation: Build and maintain complex integrated financial models (DCF, LBO, Merger models). Conduct valuation analysis using comparable company analysis and precedent transactions.

• Capital Raising: Assist in structuring debt and equity financing solutions, preparing Information Memorandums (IMs), and pitching to institutional investors or VCs.

• Strategic Advisory: Analyze industry trends and competitive landscapes to advise boards on market entry, divestment strategies, and business turnarounds.

• Due Diligence Coordination: Manage the financial due diligence process, identifying key deal-breakers and working closely with legal and tax workstreams.

• Stakeholder Management: Liaise with business owners, PE firms, and legal counsel to ensure seamless deal flow.
