Advise and assist Project Management in EHS implementations aligned with company core values
Advise and ensure compliance to company's EHS policy, procedures and all applicable legislative requirements
Assist the EHS officer in the implementation of project EHS management system
Job Responsibilities
Monitor the conduct of daily toolbox meetings and risk-impact assessment briefings
Act as safety assessors in assessing and inspecting work areas for Permit to Work systems and make recommendations, if any, to work supervisors/ permit to work applicants to rectify or improve prior to commencement of work activities
Monitor compliance to risk-impact assessments
Investigate all incidents, advise corrective and preventive actions to prevent recurrence, and assist in reports preparation
Act as a member of the EHS committee
Job Requirements
Advanced Certificate in Workplace Health & Safety
Possession of other professional
EHS training certificates is preferred
Knowledge of MS Words, Excel and Powerpoint applications is an added advantage
