Responsibilities

Set up and stock the preparation station and kitchen to ensure smooth meal preparation

Deliver food in a timely manner while ensuring consistency and high quality

Oversee daily kitchen operations and coordinate food preparation activities for smooth workflow

Supervise and guide junior kitchen staff in food preparation and cooking techniques
Manage proper storage, handling, and rotation of food ingredients to maintain freshness

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of kitchen equipment, workstations, and food preparation areas

Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering kitchen supplies and ingredients as needed

Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, hygiene protocols, and workplace safety requirements
