Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily kitchen operations
- Prepare and cook menu items
- Maintain food safety and hygiene standards
- Plan and prepare daily ingredient orders
- Monitor food quality and portion control
- Manage kitchen inventory and stock
- Help with menu planning
- Work well with the team and maintain a clean workspace
Requirements:
- Diploma in Professional Cookery or related field
- At least 2 years of relevant kitchen experience
- Good attitude and initiative
- Responsible and a strong team player
- Knowledge of food hygiene and safety
