Position: Senior Contracts Manager (LTA / Infrastructure Projects)
Salary: Up to $8,500
Working Hours: 5 Days | 8:00am - 6:00pm
Contract Term: Minimum 2 Years

We are seeking an experienced Senior Contracts Manager with strong LTA project exposure to lead contractual, commercial, and claims management for major infrastructure developments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead tender and contract review for large-scale projects
• Manage contractual matters with LTA / Authorities
• Chair contract meetings and manage claims & dispute resolution
• Issue and manage notices for variations, delays, and additional payments
• Lead preparation of VO submissions and final accounts
• Oversee variation control systems and contract compliance
• Advise project team on contractual rights, risks, and liabilities
• Draft and review all formal contractual correspondence
• Monitor contract performance, claims status, and valuation certificates
• Lead commercial negotiations in line with contract terms

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience, with strong LTA project exposure
• Diploma / Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, or related discipline
• Experience in Commercial / Mixed Development projects
• Strong claims management and negotiation skills
• Excellent communication and leadership ability
