Role Description
We are hiring an experienced Senior Contracts Manager to join our team in Singapore (full-time, on-site).
This is a leadership role responsible for overseeing the full contract lifecycle, managing commercial risks, and driving successful project delivery. The role also plays a key part in tender strategy and project acquisition.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee contract management and administration across multiple projects
- Manage contractual risks, claims, variations, and dispute resolution
- Provide strategic input on tendering, pricing, and commercial structuring
- Review tender documents, identify risks, and support competitive bid strategies
- Lead contract negotiations with clients, consultants, and subcontractors
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and regulatory requirements
- Work closely with project teams to safeguard commercial interests throughout project lifecycle
- Support sourcing and evaluation of new project opportunities
- Mentor and guide QS/commercial teams
Qualifications
- Strong experience in contract management, claims, and commercial administration
- Good exposure to tendering and procurement processes
- Solid understanding of Singapore construction contracts (e.g. SIA, PSSCOC)
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects
- Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum 5–8 years of relevant experience
