Role: Senior Consultant, User Task UAT (For Banking Industry)

Job Level: Minimum 3-6 years of Relevant experience.

Location: Singapore

Responsibilities:

UAT Planning & Strategy

Develop and manage end‑to‑end UAT plans for multiple APAC markets, aligned with core banking release milestones.

Assist in defining UAT scope, user roles, required test coverage, and market‑specific scenarios for corporate banking products (e.g., Lending, Trade Finance, Payments, Treasury).

Market/User Coordination

Coordinate with country UAT leads, and operations teams to consolidate UAT needs and readiness across APAC branches.

Facilitate alignment of test scenarios, user allocation, access provisioning, and execution plans among different markets.

Test Case & Scenario Management

Support users in preparing test cases, business scenarios, and expected results ensure consistency, completeness, and cross‑market coverage.

UAT Execution Coordination

Manage daily UAT execution activities including progress tracking, defect triage, retest coordination, and sign‑off preparation.

Lead UAT war‑rooms, ensuring clear communication between users, IT teams, and PMO.

Monitor risks, dependencies, and environment constraints escalate where needed.

Defect & Issue Management

Coordinate defect reviews with IT teams, ensure proper logging, prioritization, and resolution.

Ensure users validate fixes and track closure until UAT completion.

Reporting & Governance

Produce UAT dashboards, progress reports, defect statistics, and readiness reports for PMO and stakeholders.

Prepare materials for steering committees and senior management, highlighting risks, delays, and mitigation plans.

Change Management & User Readiness

Work with business users to confirm operational impacts and ensure prepare dness ahead of cutover.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Minimum3 years of banking industry experience.

Minimum3 years of experience in core banking or related systems.

Proven experience coordinating UAT cycles in multi‑country or complex environments.

Knowledge of large‑scale regional programs and multi‑entity testing coordination.

Strong capabilities in stakeholder communications, progress tracking, issue & risk management.

Strong documentation skills (Excel, PPT, other dashboard tools).

Ability to work with geographically dispersed teams across APAC.

Professional attitude, high ownership, and accountability.

3 years of consulting experience, preferably in large‑scale projects is a plus.

Domain knowledge in corporate banking products: Lending, Trade Finance, Payments,Treasury, Deposits is a plus.

Experience with core banking systems such as Oracle Flexcube, Finastra GPP, ACBS, Murex, or Trade360 is a plus.

Experience in Japanese banks is a plus.
