Senior Consultant - Transaction Advisory Services (Financial Services)

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing audits for SG IPO engagements
• Review financial statements and disclosures to ensure compliance with IFRS, SFRS(I), and relevant listing requirements.
• Support the preparation and review of prospectuses and offering documents.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated client solutions.
• Identify and resolve technical accounting and reporting issues related to IPO readiness.
• Supervise and mentor junior staff, ensuring quality and consistency in audit work.
• Maintain effective communication with clients and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications & Experience

• At least a bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Obtained, pursuing, or strongly motivated to pursue Chartered Accountant (CA) or equivalent professional qualification.
• Minimum 4 years of audit experience, preferably with exposure to capital markets or IPO engagements.
• Strong understanding of IFRS and Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS).
• A strong understanding of relevant listing rules (e.g., SGX, HKEX) is a plus.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
