Responsibilities:
Support APAC branches (10+ countries) in adapting to ISO20022 Hybrid Address Format changes, SWIFT Standards Release 2026, and Local Settlement MX migration.
Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and task lists; monitor deliverables and dependencies.
Track progress/risks/issues across branches and escalate or propose solutions as needed.
Lead PMO activities: reporting, consolidation of updates, and creation of stakeholder-ready materials.
Support impact analysis and planning once local authority announcements for MX migration are released.
Coordinate cross-functional teams (Operations, IT, Compliance, APAC branches) to resolve issues and ensure alignment.
Prepare clear and structured reports, comparison analyses, and decision-making materials using Excel and PowerPoint.
Visualize timelines, progress dashboards, and risk/issue summaries for management.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
At least 5years of PM/PMO experience in banking projects, preferably in payment operations or payment systems; consulting firm experience preferred.
Working experience as Consultant in consulting firm or/ as PMO or PM in banking projects is a must.
Proficiency in Excel (analysis, charts, structuring) and PowerPoint (clear, executive-level storytelling).
Ability to coordinate across countries and functions.
Strong discipline, ownership, and motivation to learn banking operations and payment flows.
Team management and leadership skills are a plus.
