Responsibilities:
Lead PMO activities for AML-related initiatives across APAC branches.
Build and maintain project plans, schedules, RACI matrices, RAID logs, and task backlogs.
Track progress, deadlines, dependencies, and issues; follow up with PICs and drive weekly cadence (stand-ups and status reviews).
Consolidate updates and provide clear, structured management reporting.
Coordinate and communicate with Regional IT, Regional Compliance, and multiple APAC branches.
Prepare concise, executive-level status updates and facilitate meetings.
Document decisions, action items, risks, and assumptions to ensure alignment across stakeholders (RCCO, CCO, COpO).
Develop dashboards, trackers, Gantt charts, and data analyses using Excel (pivots, lookups, aggregation, trend analysis).
Create management-ready PowerPoint decks with strong storyline, insights, and recommendations.
Standardize process inputs across branches to support Target Operating Model and fitgap exercises.
Highlight key risks, issues, and process gaps, proposing solutions where needed.
Manage ambiguity by keeping momentum, escalating ownership issues appropriately, and driving clarity among stakeholders.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
Prior working experience as a Consultant in an established consulting firm is a must.
Ability to understand and explain file specifications (e.g., ISO 20022 XML).
Self-discipline, strong ownership, and willingness to learn client business.
AML filtering, KYC process knowledge and experience coordinating with overseas/multi-branch teams are a plus.
