Job Description

Brief Summary:

Join a dynamic team as a Senior Consultant in a PMO role, where you'll play a vital part in driving project success and user tasks across multiple streams. Bring your expertise in project management and stakeholder collaboration to ensure effective implementation and reporting.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the Project Manager in planning, tracking, and coordinating project activities across different streams.
  • Lead documentation and monitoring of business user tasks to ensure compliance with project governance standards.
  • Prepare essential documents related to user tasks, including Migration Plans, UAT Plans, and Business Continuity Plans.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, progress dashboards, and status reports to track project performance.
  • Monitor project timelines and deliverables; identify and address potential delays or risks promptly.
  • Consolidate updates from weekly/monthly project reviews for stakeholders and client management.
  • Ensure adherence to project management frameworks, compliance requirements, and documentation standards.
  • Facilitate updates to business procedures to reflect operational changes and new functionalities.
  • Assist in managing change requests, tracking risks and issues, and documenting lessons learned.
  • Foster effective communication and collaboration among business users, IT teams, and other stakeholders.
  • Uphold professional consulting standards and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders while ensuring confidentiality.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in PMO or business support roles.
  • Strong experience with User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including planning, execution, and reporting.
  • Proficient in documentation tools such as PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
  • Basic understanding of system implementation lifecycles.
  • Excellent stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Experience in the banking industry, particularly in operations, consultancy, system implementation projects, and familiarity with reconciliation processes is advantageous.
  • Strong communication skills in both English and Japanese, with business-level proficiency required for engagement with stakeholders.
  • Prior experience with Duco software is highly preferred.
