1. Sales Support & Order Management
- Handle order processing and daily sales/profit recording
- Prepare quotations and manage pricing
- Coordinate shipments with customers and suppliers (including preparation of shipping documents)
- Follow up on accounts receivable and payment collection
2. Inventory & Warehouse Management
- Support annual stock-taking activities
- Conduct monthly inventory checks and warehouse management
3. Procurement & Supplier Coordination
- Manage purchase orders and delivery schedules with suppliers (mainly Japanese companies)
4. Accounting & Administrative Support
- Process payments at the beginning, middle, and end of each month
- Handle expense claims and cost management
- Manage annual renewal of local insurance (e.g., work injury insurance)
5. Sales Support & Networking
- Build relationships with Japanese clients
- Accompany sales visits to local Singapore companies (including meetings with MDs and senior management)
- Support planning of seminars and exhibitions
Requirements
(Must Have)
- Business-level communication skills in Japanese to communicate with Japanese speaking counterparts
- At least 2 years of experience in sales support, administration, or order management
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Strong multitasking ability, attention to detail, and sense of responsibility
- Ability to work independently in a small office environment
