Job Description

We're looking for a versatile digital product professional who can seamlessly bridge business strategy, user needs, and technical execution. This role combines multiple functions to lead end-to-end product development using Microsoft Power Platform.

Product & Solution Design

Lead the complete product lifecycle from ideation to launch and adoption. Define product vision, roadmap, and success metrics while collaborating with business stakeholders and executives. Conduct user research, design thinking workshops, and create intuitive, accessible user interfaces for Power Apps.
Requirements & Technical Leadership: Translate business processes into detailed specifications, user stories, and workflow diagrams. Provide technical leadership on Power Platform architecture, including Dataverse data modeling, security design, and integration patterns. Mentor team members and ensure code quality and governance.
Delivery & Stakeholder Management: Manage cross-functional Agile teams using Scrum and Kanban. Facilitate sprint ceremonies, coordinate user acceptance testing, and drive change management activities including training and communication planning.
Continuous Improvement & Innovation: Establish analytics frameworks to measure product performance. Iterate based on user feedback and champion responsible AI principles, inclusive design, and accessibility standards. Leverage AI tools like Claude, Copilot, and AI Builder to enhance solutions.
