About the Role:
The EngageOne CCM Senior Consultant will lead delivery of customer communications solutions using the Pitney Bowes EngageOne suite, enabling organizations to design, automate, and optimize multichannel communications (print & digital). You will work with business and technical teams to translate requirements into high-quality, scalable solutions.
Key Responsibilities
. Design and implement customer communication solutions using the EngageOne suite (Enrichment, Communicate, Designer, Vault, Deliver).
. Lead template development for transactional and personalized communications (print, email, SMS, mobile channels).
. Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical designs and specifications.
. Customize, configure, and optimize EngageOne modules to align with business goals.
. Ensure compliance with corporate branding, security, and regulatory standards across all communications.
. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers on CCM workflows.
. Perform testing, troubleshooting, and performance tuning of communication workflows.
. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, DevOps, Business Analysts) to support deployments.
Required Skills & Experience
. 6+ years of experience in CCM technologies, with deep hands-on expertise in Precisely EngageOne suite.
. Strong background in document composition, print stream technologies, and digital delivery formats.
. Experience with scripting (PCE, Linux shell) and integration via APIs/Web Services.
. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
. Familiarity with SQL, data handling, and database integration.
. Ability to lead technical discussions and present solutions to stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
. Experience with EngageOne automation & workflow orchestration.
. Prior consulting or enterprise delivery experience.
. Knowledge of regulatory/industry standards (financial, telecom, insurance).
