With positive momentum in PPP and project finance advice, Arup requires a motivated individual with proven financial advisory experience with major infrastructure projects. The purpose of this role is to support the finance and economics offering across Southeast Asia, from our Singapore office.

This is a high impact role that will help shape the future of Arup's Advisory business and will include client engagement, work winning, project delivery, training and mentoring and technical advice. You will

provide focus, continuity and technical guidance across infrastructure advisory projects across various infrastructure subsectors.

The Opportunity

. Build and maintain strong client relationships by providing timely, high-quality technical advice and establishing trust with Japanese outbound clients and projects

. To support business development by contributing to proposals, tender documents, market research, and multidisciplinary bid efforts, with a focus on Japanese outbound investment projects.

. Responsibility for financial modelling and analysis for major infrastructure projects across Singapore and ASEAN to assess operational, financial, and commercial viability.

. Provide expert financial and commercial advice on PPP advisory and other projects, ensuring insights are evidence-based and aligned with management processes.

. Responsible for managing the delivery of major and complex projects, requiring precise forecasting and planning of future resources.

Is this role right for you

. Recognised tertiary qualification in finance, economics, or a related field

. Minimum of eight years consulting experience, demonstrating the ability to manage and deliver complex projects successfully.

. Expertise in financial modelling and analysis, including experience with complex project finance models.

. Experienced in preparing government business case documents and familiar with project finance structures, credit metrics, and Public-Private Partnership frameworks.

. Fluency in English is required proficiency in Japanese is preferred
