Senior Consultant, Health Solutions Singapore

The Senior Consultant, Health Solutions will combine strong analytical capabilities with client engagements to support employers in optimising their health and benefits programmes. The role focuses on delivering highquality health and benefits consulting to clients, including providing insights on benchmarking, plan design optimisation, cost containment strategies and other datadriven insights, and presenting these effectively to a range of stakeholders.

What the day will look like

  • Support the delivery of health and benefits consulting through client meetings, discussions and/or workshops, including benefits benchmarking, plan design optimisation, cost containment strategies and flexible benefits reviews.
  • Support business development and RFP pitches by showcasing advisory capabilities across insured, flex and wellbeing benefits.
  • Work with a range of data (e.g. claims, benefits, plan design, survey responses) and actively seek out information on market trends, regulatory developments and competitor practices to generate robust, evidencebased insights.
  • Prepare clear reports, presentations and dashboards that translate analytical findings into concise, clientcentric recommendations.
  • Enhance the efficiency, quality and scalability of benefits consulting work (e.g. benchmarking and plan sustainability assessments) through the development and continuous improvement of frameworks, methodologies, processes and tools.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across local, regional and global teams to deliver distinctive, integrated client solutions.
  • Partner with other solution lines to deliver Aon United.

Skills and experience that will lead to success

  • 8-10 years experience in health & benefits, insurance, rewards/benefits, or related data/analytics roles.
  • Regulatory requirements (BCP, PGI, CommGI, HI, M5, M9) for registration as Broking and FA rep with MAS.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint is essential. Experience with Power BI, Power Automate and/or Power Apps is an advantage.
  • Experience in client-facing engagements, and in preparing and delivering presentations and reports to business stakeholders.
