Provide BAU support for daily list and rule updates for branches using IBM SaaS Firco.
Work with existing RCCO bank staff to plan and establish a new operational workflow for APCF.
Perform daily updates of sanction lists into IBM SaaS Firco.
Analyse Firco hit results and create/add suppression rules to improve operational efficiency.
Prepare and maintain operational documentation where required (e.g., process flows, reports).
Conduct knowledge transfer and handover of operations to newly hired permanent staff once in place.
Collaborate and coordinate effectively with internal stakeholders and relevant teams.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in any related fields.
Minimum 2 years of working experience in a similar role.
Hands-on experience with the Firco system, particularly with Firco Utility tools.
Strong experience in analysing hit results and creating suppression rules.
Team player with strong collaboration skills.
Strong documentation skills (PowerPoint, Excel).
Prior experience in coaching team members will be an advantage.
Prior experience in the banking industry is preferred.
Experience working in a Japanese bank will be an added advantage.
