SENIOR CONSTRUCTION MANAGER

Job Description
- Ensure all aspect of work including management of safety, risk, quality, time and cost

- To Lead and manage a team of project engineers for the construction scope of works.

- To Lead and manage a team of sub-contractors for the construction activities.

- Manage and take the lead to initiate meetings with sub-contractors and handle stakeholder feedback.

- Responsible for the planning and execution of the construction works, managing field construction supervisors,

- To ensure the construction works are executed in accordance with the contract specifications

- To Assist drafters in developing the structural design of products, using drafting tools or computer-assisted design/drafting equipment and software.

- Oversee installation, operation, maintenance, and repair to ensure that machines andequipment are installed and functioning according to specifications.

- Resolve any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise.

- Respond swiftly to work delays, emergencies and other matters related to construction works.

- Complete task as assigned by Project Manager and Project Director.

Requirement:
- Min 10 years of relevant work experience in Managerial role & in construction industry.

-At least 6 years of experience in managing civil and infrastructure construction work for projects or Commercial Building projects.

-Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering

-Excellent project management skills, including the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities effectively.

-Strong leadership and team management capabilities.

-Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

-Excellent knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
