About The Role
As a
Senior / Condominium Manager, you will lead the overall management and operations of a luxury residential development, ensuring exceptional service standards and a premium living experience for residents. You will oversee daily estate operations, guide the site management team, and work closely with the Management Council to uphold the highest standards of property management, maintenance excellence, and resident satisfaction.
This role requires a strong leader who combines operational expertise, stakeholder management skills, and a service-oriented mindset to maintain the prestige and value of a luxury development.
What You Will Be Doing
- Lead and manage the on-site management team, setting high service standards aligned with luxury residential expectations
- Oversee daily estate operations, ensuring facilities, services, and common areas are maintained to exceptional standards
- Serve as the key liaison between the Management Council, residents, and service providers, fostering strong and professional relationships
- Manage and monitor performance of vendors and contractors to ensure quality service delivery and contractual compliance
- Oversee renewal and administration of service contracts, insurance policies, and statutory requirements
- Ensure full compliance with BMSMA regulations, building by-laws, and safety standards
- Handle residents feedback, concerns, and complex issues professionally and promptly, maintaining high levels of resident satisfaction
- Organise and support Council Meetings, Annual General Meetings (AGMs), and committee discussions, ensuring proper governance and follow-through
- Prepare, manage, and monitor annual budgets, financial reports, and expenditure to ensure prudent financial management
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and resident experience
We're Looking For Someone Who's
- You have at least 8 years of condominium management experience, preferably managing luxury or large-scale residential developments
- You possess strong experience working with Management Councils and high-expectation stakeholders
- Demonstrated leadership capability in managing site teams and multiple service providers
- Sound knowledge of BMSMA, regulatory compliance, and estate governance practices
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage complex operational matters confidently
- Service-driven mindset with strong professionalism and discretion suited for luxury residential environments
