About the role

We need a strategic Compliance Lead to safeguard a fast-growing, high-frequency quantitative fund in Singapore. You will be the architect of our regulatory framework, ensuring our operations remain bulletproof while the business scales.

The Mission

• Build & Protect: Design and own the full compliance lifecycle-from AML/KYC to regulatory reporting-specifically for an MAS-licensed fund management environment.
• Strategic Advisory: Act as the bridge between complex quantitative trading strategies and MAS regulatory expectations (LFMC).
• Future-Proofing: Continuously refine our internal controls and monitoring systems to keep pace with evolving global standards.

What You Bring

• The Credentials: 3-7 years of compliance experience within a Hedge Fund, Family Office, or Regulatory Advisory firm.
• The Knowledge: A deep understanding of MAS regulations (LFMC, AML/CFT) and a genuine interest in how quantitative funds operate.
• The Mindset: You thrive in an independent, high-performance setting where you are expected to solve problems, not just flag them.
