Job Description:
- Provide regulatory advisory to business units, ensuring adherence to all relevant laws, rules, and regulatory developments.
- Identify, assess, and manage regulatory risks, including incident reporting and supporting ethical decision-making across the organisation.
- Develop and implement compliance frameworks, policies, procedures, and testing programs to ensure ongoing compliance and assurance.
- Conduct compliance training and manage regulatory engagements, including reporting significant matters to senior management.
Requirements:
- At least a diploma in a relevant field with minimum 7 years of compliance experience in the regulated financial sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to collaborate across departments.
- Strong documentation, report-writing, and independent working capabilities, with a self-driven mindset.
