Senior Rewards Specialist
We are hiring a Senior Rewards Specialist to support both Group-level and Singapore compensation & benefits initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive Group C&B analysis and reporting, including preparing compensation proposals and board-level materials for approval
- Support Singapore C&B operations, including salary benchmarking, bonus cycles, and benefits administration
- Provide data-driven insights on compensation structures, market competitiveness, and cost optimisation
- Partner with HR and leadership to ensure alignment of reward strategies with business objectives
- Mentor and guide a junior team member
Requirements
- Proven experience in Group / regional C&B, with exposure to board-level compensation reporting
- Strong analytical skills with ability to build and present compensation models
- Solid understanding of Singapore C&B practices
- Comfortable operating as an individual contributor with mentorship responsibilities
