Are you a highimpact Commercial Sales leader with a passion for opening new markets, driving aggressive revenue growth, and building highperforming sales organizations across APAC We are seeking a Senior Commercial Sales Director who will shape and accelerate our commercial trajectory across one of the world's most diverse, competitive, and opportunityrich regions.

What You Will Do

As the Senior Commercial Sales Director for the APAC region, you will own the region's sales and business development strategy, from identifying new revenue streams to closing complex commercial partnerships and leading a worldclass sales function.

To break it down, your responsibilities will include:

  • Driving Revenue Growth & New Market Expansion
  • Owning Sales Strategy & Performance
  • Building Deep Customer & Market Relationships
  • Leading a HighPerforming Sales Organization
  • Owning Financial & Commercial Outcomes

To be successful in this role, YOU will be equipped with:

  • A strong track record of delivering revenue growth across APAC markets.
  • Expertise in strategic business development, complex dealmaking, and channel/partner management.
  • Leadership experience building and scaling successful sales teams in multicultural environments.
  • Strong analytical mindset with mastery of CRM, forecasting, funnel management, and commercial KPIs.
  • Exceptional communication, stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
  • Preferably, exposure to distributor/agent networks and fluency in Mandarin.

APAC is one of our highest potential regionsand you will be at the centre of shaping, leading, and accelerating its commercial success.

You'll work directly with the Chief Commercial Officer and senior regional leadership to influence strategy and drive high impact outcomes across the entire business.
