Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across luxury, valuables, retail, exhibitions, and high-value logistics sectors
- Manage and grow existing key accounts
- Build long-term relationships with customers and industry stakeholders
- Support commercial strategy, pricing discussions, and contract negotiations
- Work closely with operations teams to ensure service excellence and customer retention
- Candidates with an existing industry network and ability to bring in customers orbusiness opportunities will have a strong advantage
- Actively participate in social, networking, and business events to strengthen market presence and develop commercial opportunities
- Act as a secondary point of leadership in the absence of senior management
- Gain involvement across all aspects of the Singapore business, including operations, customer service, finance coordination, HR support, and administration
- Monitor operational performance and support continuous improvement initiatives
- Assist in managing escalations, customer incidents, and service recovery matters
- Support internal reporting, budgeting coordination, and management reviews
- Coordinate across departments to ensure alignment between commercial and operational objectives
- Support team development and contribute to a positive working culture
- Participate in strategic planning and branch development initiatives
