Senior Commercial Finance Analyst – Singapore

Ready to grow with one of SHL's most exciting regions As a Senior Commercial Finance Analyst, you'll work side by side with sales leaders across APAC, building the relationships and commercial rigour that help deals get done the right way. What You'll Be Doing

• Partner closely with sales teams and regional leaders across APAC on budgets, forecasts and plans
• Build genuine relationships with sales leaders, becoming their finance and commercial partner
• Guide pricing and deal conversations, using CRM-based steps to keep commercials on track
• Provide evaluation on sales and revenue performance, spotting risks and opportunities early
• Track pipeline, win rates and sales achievement KPIs to aid smarter decisions
• Guide territory planning, quota setting and incentive plan administration across the region
• Take on broader regional scope as APAC continues to grow
  
  

What we're looking for from you

Essential

• Strong commercial finance and analytical background
• Comfortable partnering closely with sales teams and leaders
• Confident negotiating on pricing and deal terms
• Driven, ready to grow into a broader remit
  
  

Desirable

• Experience in a SaaS or ARR-based business
• Accounting background moving into commercial finance
• Comfortable working across borders and time zones
• Curiosity to build networks across legal, sales and commercial
