Summary
We are seeking an experienced Commerce Specialist to provide advanced support, performance optimization, and root cause analysis for enterprise-level e-commerce platforms. The role involves working with global clients to ensure system stability, troubleshoot complex issues, and deliver timely resolutions.
Responsibilities
- Provide advanced support for Commerce, diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues.
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement permanent solutions to prevent recurring problems.
- Optimize application performance and ensure platform stability and high availability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional and global teams to troubleshoot issues and deliver effective resolutions.
- Support clients on cloud-hosted platforms (AWS, Azure) and recommend improvements.
- Document troubleshooting procedures, resolutions, and best practices for knowledge sharing.
- Maintain strong client communication and ensure compliance with SLAs.
Requirement
- A Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or related fields.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Commerce architecture and implementation.
- Strong hands-on experience in Java, JSP, and REST APIs.
- Proven expertise in troubleshooting, debugging, and performance tuning.
- Practical experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
- Excellent client-facing communication, analytical, and documentation skills.
- Ability to work in a global support environment with 24/7 availability as needed.
