Our space is dedicated to showcasing this brewing technique, from the polished glassware to the perfectly timed flame.
The Role:
As our Siphon Coffee Barista, you will be the maestro of the siphon brewer. Your responsibilities will include:
- Mastery of the Siphon Method: Expertly operating and cleaning siphon coffee brewers to produce consistently exceptional cups of coffee.
- Quality Control: Meticulously weighing coffee grounds, measuring water temperature, and monitoring brew times to ensure every cup meets our high standards.
- Customer Engagement: Educating customers on the siphon brewing process, the unique flavor profiles, and the history behind this fascinating method.
- Brewing Variety: Preparing other coffee beverages (espresso, pour-over, etc.) and non-coffee drinks as needed.
- Coffee Knowledge: Maintaining a deep understanding of different coffee beans, their origins, and their unique characteristics.
- Cleanliness and Maintenance: Ensuring a clean and tidy workspace, including the proper care and maintenance of all coffee equipment.
Who We're Looking For:
- Experience: Proven experience as a barista, with direct experience using siphon brewers preferred. (Training on our specific methods will be provided.)
- Passion: A genuine love for coffee and a desire to continuously learn and improve your craft.
