Key Responsibilities:
1. Operating CNC machines 3,4,5 axis : The primary responsibility of a CNC Operator is to set up, operate, and maintain CNC machines to ensure accurate and efficient production of parts and components.
2. Performing CNC maintenance: Regularly inspecting and maintaining CNC machines to ensure they are in good working condition and identifying any issues that may affect production.
3. CNC programming cad/cam
Reading and interpreting blueprints to program CNC machines for cutting, shaping, and finishing materials according to specifications.
4. Quality control: Conducting quality checks on finished parts to ensure they meet the required specifications and making any necessary adjustments.
5. Tool maintenance: Ensuring that all tools used in CNC machines are properly cleaned, sharpened, and maintained for optimal performance.
6. Troubleshooting: Identifying and resolving any issues that may arise during the CNC machining process to ensure smooth operations.Required Skills and Expectations:- Proficiency in operating CNC machines and experience with CNC turning, milling, and lathe operations.-
