As a Senior Engineer, you will be responsible for cloud operations, managed services and maintenance of system and network. Your role includes implementation, maintenance and administration of network, system, storage and backup.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate system development tasks to include design, implementation, integration and testing
- Provide on call, 24x7 support on a rotating basis.
- Implement corrective procedures to resolve production problems and minimize unplanned system outages.
- Create and maintain programmatic and technical documentation to ensure efficient planning and execution
- Coordinate with external parties and customers for problem resolutions
Ideally, you possess the following:
- Proficiency in network, VMware NSX or Virtualization (VMware, VSphere)
- Good team player and ability to work independently
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- CCNA certification
- Passion in new technology and keen to pick up new skillsets and certifications
