Senior Cloud Developer / AWS Cloud Infrastructure

We are looking for a Senior Cloud Developer / AWS Cloud Infrastructure Engineer with strong experience in designing, implementing, automating, and supporting enterprise AWS cloud environments.

The role will focus on AWS infrastructure, cloud automation, security, troubleshooting, optimization, and technical leadership across multi-account enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, provision, configure, and manage AWS cloud infrastructure across enterprise and multi-account environments.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and operational activities using Terraform, Ansible, AWS Systems Manager, and Python.
• Troubleshoot complex AWS infrastructure, networking, deployment, and automation issues and perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
• Implement and maintain AWS security, IAM, compliance, and vulnerability remediation controls.
• Monitor and improve cloud availability, performance, resilience, security, and cost efficiency.
• Develop and maintain architecture documentation, technical standards, SOPs, and operational runbooks.
• Collaborate with Application, Cybersecurity, Network, Cloud, and Vendor teams to deliver secure and scalable cloud solutions.
• Provide technical guidance to engineers and participate in architecture and solution reviews.
• Drive adoption of best practices across cloud infrastructure, automation, security, and operations.

Required Skills & Experience

• 8+ years of hands-on experience in designing, implementing, and supporting enterprise AWS environments.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of AWS EC2, VPC, IAM, S3, RDS, Lambda, and CloudFormation.
• Strong understanding of AWS IAM, least-privilege access, security controls, vulnerability remediation, audit, and compliance.
• Strong experience with Terraform and Ansible for infrastructure automation.
• Good scripting/programming skills in Python, Bash, or equivalent.
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as GitLab CI/CD, Jenkins, AWS CodePipeline, or equivalent.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, problem-solving, and RCA capabilities.
• Experience working in enterprise or multi-account AWS environments.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

Preferred / Nice to Have

• Experience with Singapore Government Commercial Cloud (GCC/GCC+).
• Experience working in large enterprise or regulated environments.
• Exposure to cloud security, governance, compliance, and cost optimization.
• Experience providing technical guidance and participating in architecture reviews.
