About the role
We are seeking a commercially driven Senior Clinical Sales Specialist to lead strategic growth across hospital and clinical accounts in Singapore.
As our Senior Clinical Sales Specialist / Key Account Manager, you will help expand access to hearing solutions by building trusted relationships with hearing-aid partners, ENT surgeons, audiologists and verbal therapists. You will combine clinical knowledge, commercial insight and genuine curiosity to understand each account, identify opportunities and help more potential candidates receive the right treatment for their hearing loss.
This is an opportunity to use your expertise for something bigger: supporting healthcare professionals, strengthening partnerships and contributing to better outcomes for patients.
Your opportunity to make an impact
You will take ownership of a portfolio of key accounts, working closely with the Country Manager and colleagues across the business to turn account insights into practical growth plans.

To succeed in this role, you will bring:
Experience in a medical-device environment would be valuable but is not essential. Previous clinical exposure to cochlear implants, bone-conduction implant technology or hearing aids would also be highly regarded.
How you will work
You will be trusted to lead your accounts with initiative, sound judgement and a clear sense of ownership. You will know when to work independently, when to bring others into the conversation and how to move from a complex challenge to a practical solution.
You will also bring the organisation, responsiveness and resilience needed to manage competing priorities and work constructively through challenging situations.
Why this role matters.
Behind every account plan, professional event and customer conversation is the possibility of helping someone take another step towards better hearing.
Here, commercial success and human impact are closely connected. Your work will help trusted professionals better understand Cochlear's portfolio, strengthen pathways to treatment and create opportunities for more people to connect with the people and experiences that matter to them.
If you are ready to bring your clinical knowledge, commercial curiosity and relationship-building strengths to a role with meaningful impact, we would welcome your application.
