Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Senior Clinical Psychologist to join our newly founded private practice in Tanjong Pagar. This position is designed for the clinician who is ready to move beyond purely client-facing and take an active role in building a practice from the ground up. As a founding team member, you will have the opportunity to shape the business, influence clinic culture, develop programs and build out brand integrity. This is an opportunity for those with a creator mindset to help us establish a centre of excellence for mental healthcare in Singapore.

Principal Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Clinical Mastery: Provide evidence-based psychological assessments and therapeutic interventions (individual and group) for various mental health conditions through both in-person and online modalities.
  • Case Management: Lead comprehensive treatment planning and case management to ensure best possible outcomes for clients.
  • Program Development: Research, design and implement specialized clinical programs and treatment protocols that create unique propositions and commercial success for the clinic.
  • Brand Stewardship: Represent the brand with professionalism via trainings, seminars, and high-level presentations to internal and external stakeholders to grow presence in the community.
  • Clinical Leadership: Play an influencing role in building and mentoring the clinical team fostering a culture of care, reflective practice, ethical rigor, and multidisciplinary collaboration.
  • Operational Excellence: Innovate and continuously improve clinical workflows to ensure high-quality experience for both consumers and therapists.
  • [Optional] Crisis Intervention: CISM trained and able to provide crisis intervention and support as needed.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in clinical psychology
  • 8+ years of experience in clinical, forensic, organizational and/or applied psychology post-qualification
  • Registered with Singapore Psychological Society (SPS)
  • Demonstrate practical business acumen
  • Strong communicator and presenter
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 Suite and AI tools
  • Highly proficient in clinical and/or forensic report writing, with ability to deliver high-quality documents efficiently.
  • Reflective and emotionally aware mindset with grounded interpersonal skills
  • Ability to influence and align cross-functions, managing expectations and outcomes with internal and external stakeholders
