You are responsible for clinical, administrative, supervisory, and clinic hygiene duties involves multifaceted responsibilities aimed at ensuring the efficient and compliant operation of the clinic while maintaining high standards of patient care and safety.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily clinic operations ensuring alignment with service standards and operational requirements to ensure clinic runs smoothly and efficiently.
- Manage clinical workflow to enhance the quality of patient care.
- Registration of patients, dispensing of medication and collection of payments
- Handle appointment bookings and inquiries via phone, email, and in person
- Ordering stock (Medications, consumables) and supplies for the clinic.
- Conducts regular inventory checks, manage stock levels.
- Process & submit government and insurance claims
- Maintain overall facility management of the clinic, including cleanliness, safety, and functionality. Opening & closing of clinic premise.
- Train, and supervise new clinic staff. Plan and review clinic staff development and training needs.
- Obtains and verifies patient billing information, processes patient payment, and maintain records. Ensure thorough documentation and systematic record- keeping on clinical activity.
- Create and implement policies and procedures to improve clinic operations.
Requirements:
- Diploma in relevant disciplines (healthcare) with 2-4 years of clinic operation & new clinic set up experience
- Prior experience working in a in GP clinic is a must.
- Familiar with MOH regulatory requirements
- Possess strong people management skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to work & support staggered hours.
