Senior Clinic Assistant

We are looking for an experienced Senior Clinic Assistant to help lead our clinic's frontline operations and ensure patients receive efficient, high-quality care. In this role, you will guide junior clinic assistants, support doctors during consultations, and help keep the clinic running smoothly and safely.

What you'll be doing

• Welcome patients, manage registration and appointments, and assist with patient enquiries.
• Supervise CHAS, Pioneer Generation, Merdeka Generation, corporate and insurance claims to ensure billing accuracy
• Assist doctors during consultations
• Oversee medication dispensing, inventory control, and cold-chain management
• Mentor junior clinic assistants and foster a professional, patient-centred clinic environment

What we're looking for

• Strong organisational and communication skills, with the ability to work well in a team
• Relevant clinic experience, preferably with some supervisory responsibilities
• Familiarity with government subsidy schemes and insurance claims processing
• Competency in basic clinical procedures
