Job Summary
You will engage customers to identify needs, provide accurate information, resolve complaints, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order delivery and achieve sales targets.
Responsibilities
- Identify and assess customer needs to deliver satisfactory solutions
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open, interactive communication
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using appropriate methods and tools
- Achieve personal and client relations team sales targets and call handling quotas
- Handle customer complaints by providing timely solutions and alternatives, and follow up to ensure resolution
- Keep detailed records of customer interactions, process accounts, and maintain organized documentation
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies to ensure clear and timely understanding among stakeholders
- Monitor order shipments to ensure on-time delivery to customers
- Maintain close coordination with customers and internal departments (Sales, Engineering, Production, Logistics, Finance) to ensure smooth order delivery
- Generate sales leads, pass leads to the sales team, and follow up on lead progress
- Take initiative to engage customers beyond standard expectations
