Your main duties and responsibilities comprise the following tasks:
- Support senior members of the team with client presentations/pitches, product updates, meeting preparation and overall fund raising efforts
- Perform various tasks related to product reporting, internal and client requests
- Initiate, organise and participate in calls and visits with institutional investors
- Support preparation of IHDDs
- Map out investor landscape in new markets
- Organise and attend a diverse array of client events
Requirements
- BA/BSc from a top tier university in finance, accounting, economics or a relevant discipline
- Min four years of experience in business development, marketing/sales and/or general finance/reporting functions
- Excellent analytical, interpersonal and presentation skills, and a strong desire to learn and succeed
- Attention to detail and quality
- A humble and enthusiastic individual with a passion for private markets
- An understanding of private markets and prior industry experience would be a distinct advantage
- Excellent level of business English - both written and verbal
- Fluency in business Mandarin - both written and verbal a plus - to work with Mandarin speaking stakeholders
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Willingness to work to tight deadlines in a challenging environment
