Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Client Manager to join our team. This role is pivotal in driving the growth and development of key client relationships, with a particular focus on the Asset Management and Investment Funds (AMIF) sectors. The successful candidate will work closely with partners, fee earners, and the wider Asia and global business development teams to deliver strategic client initiatives, enhance client satisfaction, and identify opportunities for growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management:
- Act as the primary point of contact for key clients in the AMIF sectors, ensuring a deep understanding of their business needs and objectives.
- Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with client stakeholders at all levels.
- Develop and implement tailored client plans to drive engagement and deliver value.
- Identify and pursue opportunities to expand the firm's services within the AMIF sectors.
- Collaborate with partners and practice groups to cross-sell services and deepen client relationships.
- Monitor market trends and client developments to proactively identify growth opportunities.
- Client Insights and Feedback:
- Conduct regular client feedback sessions to ensure high levels of satisfaction and address any concerns.
- Leverage client insights to inform strategic decision-making and improve service delivery.
- Collaboration and Coordination:
- Work closely with the business development and marketing teams to deliver targeted campaigns and initiatives.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and alignment with client expectations.
- Support partners in preparing for client meetings, pitches, and other client-facing activities.
- Track and report on client relationship metrics, including revenue growth, client satisfaction, and engagement levels.
- Provide regular updates to senior leadership on the progress of client initiatives and key achievements.
Key Skills and Experience
- Proven experience in client relationship management, business development, or a similar role, ideally within the professional services or legal sector.
- Strong knowledge of the Asset Management and Investment Funds (AMIF) sectors, including key trends and challenges.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence at all levels.
- Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset and a track record of delivering measurable outcomes.
