Senior Claims Associate/Assistant Manager, Accident & Health

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage Corporate travel, including liaising with clients/producers where necessary and negotiating settlement
• Assist the manager to review claims flows and procedures
• Ability to manage direct clients and business partners
• Processing claims data entry and related administrative work
• Prepare periodical claims statistic reports
• Liaising with Third-Party Administrator, where necessary

QUALIFICATIONS

• 2-3 years related working experience (5-7 years for Assistant Manager)
• Tertiary education preferred with insurance or claims related education or equivalent
• Strong knowledge of insurance industry and claims processes
• Able to work independently and under pressure
• Familiar with Microsoft Office
