Job Summary
Lead the design, analysis, and delivery of infrastructure and building projects. Provide technical leadership, ensure compliance with standards, and support continuous improvement across the design process.
Responsibilities
- Lead and perform structural design and analysis for building and infrastructure projects to ensure structural safety and compliance.
- Provide technical guidance to project teams to maintain high design standards and quality.
- Lead BIM activities to integrate workflows and enhance project delivery efficiency.
- Prepare detailed technical specifications and manage project deliverables to meet client requirements.
- Conduct feasibility studies and engineering assessments to evaluate project viability.
- Produce comprehensive design calculations and technical reports to document engineering decisions.
- Conduct site inspections and design reviews to verify design implementation and resolve issues.
- Manage project design workflows and assist in resolving technical challenges to maintain progress.
- Participate in project meetings and liaise with consultants and stakeholders to facilitate collaboration.
Required Competencies and Certifications
- Degree in Civil/Structural Engineer or equivalent qualifications recognised by PEB.
- Minimum 6 years of structural design experience.
- Familiar with design Codes and regulatory compliance in Singapore and the region.

- Apply strong structural design skills to develop effective engineering solutions.
- Use programming skills to automate engineering design and analysis processes for efficiency.
- Drive digitalisation and automation initiatives to enhance engineering workflows.
- Apply precast design and steelwork design experience.
- Utilize knowledge of local and regional codes to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Demonstrate strong planning, reporting, and communication skills to support project coordination.
- Exhibit proactive responsibility and eagerness to take on leadership roles within teams.
